Telecommunication run IT and operations analysis
In order to maintain telecommunication services continuously operating, our stakeholders designed a set of yearly objectives to achieve and ORA assessments with respect to project scope. These indicators gave the performance and efficiency of services.

Device and site transformation analysis
After ordering new devices, we were replacing the devices from new supplier to old supplier. To maintain the continuous service we have created a transformation analytical dashboard to highlight the status to completely move into the new supplier

Company has more than 300,000 users who are using the personal development products and I did a cost benefit and user analysis use the resource in most efficient way
